PMP Change after Jan 2021 - Exam Guide

  The new PMP Exam will change after Jan 2021 to focus on 3 domains: Domain 1 : People 42% Domain 2 : Process 50% Domain 3 : Business Environment  8% Domain 1: People are mostly cover throughout all the process but mostly focus under Knowledge group: Resources, Communications and Stakeholders.  Domain 2: It is the processes and activities needed to manage a project in every knowledge area. This part you have to memorise the flow, input and output of each process, techniques & tools. Domain 3:  Exam Tips: 1. Memorise the PMP Process Chart (see here on how) and Formula 2. Read 3 times of PMBOK 3. Run through Exam Simulator 4. Read carefully with the words especially TRUE, NOT TRUE, FALSE and NOT FALSE and the word NOT, EXCEPT. Must understand the question is actually they wan True or false. Many mistake are always this. 5. Join PMP Group in Facebook, with this it keep you mood up with Positive People and you can get help from there. *It is even better if you can form a study group.

  PMP Process Chart template In 2021 Exam which is under PMBOK 6th Edition, there is total of 10 Knowledge Area 5 Process Group 49 PMP Management Process Print out this template and write daily. It is important to memorise this Process Chart as it will help you answer the PMP tricky questions. After memorise, understand what does each processes do. How to do I Practise this Chart? For me, I take this template and import under PDF Writer Or Notability App or Good Notes App. I Practise everyday on that and erase whatever written on the template and be re-use tomorrow. It is more environmental friendly than printing out. You can also do en excel template. First I start by memorise the first alphabet in Knowledge group I S S C Q R C R P S SECOND Make it into sentence that relevant to you for easy memorise.
